Use of and access to Third Party Tools is subject to the terms of the end user agreement applicable to the Third Party Tool. These terms are supplemental to your agreement with IOmergent, and if they are inconsistent with that agreement, the terms identified above will control to the extent of the inconsistency. If you do not agree to the applicable terms, you should not access or use the Third Party Tool(s). IOmergent may update this list from time to time.
